Nordic Insurance Software is looking for an IT Apprentice to join our team in Copenhagen

Our team and your contributions

As an IT support student in NIS, you will be part of the IT departments operations where you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal and external users, documenting and maintaining IT infrastructure and processes, and working collaboratively with our IT team to manage user accounts, maintain IT equipment and inventory, and follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal and external users via phone, email and in-person
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
  • Manage user accounts and access control
  • Maintain IT equipment and inventory
  • Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management
  • Use ITSM to manage IT support tickets
  • Document and maintain IT infrastructure and processes
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team on projects and initiatives
  • Expand knowledge and skills in additional technologies such as Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, GitHub, Office 365, Intune and device management, and Active Directory

To succeed in the role, you have the following qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in user administration, asset management and ITIL
  • Passion for working with people, processes, and documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
