We’re looking for a student worker for our skilled QA Team in central Copenhagen

About the role
As a student worker in the QA team, you will help us to ensure and improve the quality of our product. The position requires a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. The hours are flexible, and we can plan them around your studies. Your job will be to ensure that the bar is raised, and that we deliver even higher quality to our clients around the globe.

As part of the team, you will work with software testing and quality assurance at the operational level as well as practical tasks such as design and execution of test cases.
We have a mix of large projects and small tasks, and depending on the project size and complexity the QA and test approach varies, and you will be involved in all parts of the test life cycle (including requirements analysis, test case definition, tools/documentation, execution, defect capture and reporting and test automation).
You will be working in an interdisciplinary team characterized by enthusiasm and togetherness, where the ambition is always to create and provide the best solutions. You should be able to work independently and at the same time be able to function in a team and across teams. You are dependable and collaborative, and have a keen eye for detail, a passion for processes and a thirst for knowledge.
To succeed in the role, you have the following qualifications and interests
- You are currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program and have a passion for Quality Assurance and software testing
- A sound understanding of IT and software development
- Interest in Agile software development and test processes
- Fluent communication and writing skills in English
- An independent mind, be solution oriented and eager to take responsibility and learn
- Passion for customer service, and the tenacity to ensure that the customer’s issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Ideally you have experience with SQL, Javascript, or Software testing
